Pediatric Dentistry
A dental home where kids actually want to come back — gentle care, fun visits, and Netflix in every room.

UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS
What Is Pediatric Dentistry?
Pediatric dentistry focuses on the oral health of infants, children, and teenagers. At Smile Avenue, we believe that a child's first dental experiences shape their attitude toward dental care for life — so we make every visit fun, gentle, and positive.
Our kid-friendly approach includes Netflix and streaming entertainment in every treatment room, treasure chest prizes after visits, and a warm, patient team that knows how to put even the most nervous little ones at ease. We treat children like the VIPs they are.
Children's dental needs are different from adults. Their teeth are still developing, and early intervention can prevent problems that would be much harder to fix later. We focus on preventive care — sealants, fluoride treatments, and education — to set your child up for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children have their first dental visit by age one or within six months of their first tooth erupting. Early visits help us catch potential issues like alignment problems, tooth decay risk, and developmental concerns before they become bigger problems.
IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

- Your child has a cavity or tooth pain
- You're concerned about thumb-sucking, pacifier use, or bite development
